Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies for rotating equipment and associated services (installation, maintenance, performance upgrades) across the UAE and GCC, focusing on key sectors like oil & gas, water, and power.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key clients by identifying their operational challenges and delivering tailored, full-service solutions, including support packages and long-term service agreements.
- Service Solutions Expertise: Promote a wide range of services including equipment lifecycle management, preventive maintenance contracts, reliability assessments, and energy efficiency audits to ensure clients achieve maximum equipment performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Market Analysis & Business Growth: Conduct detailed market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and shifting customer needs. Utilize these insights to drive market share expansion in both rotating equipment and services.
- Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical knowledge on rotating equipment and related services (e.g., retrofitting, refurbishments, energy efficiency solutions), ensuring clients receive optimal support and the right solutions for their assets.

Qualifications:
