We are looking for a flexible, knowledgeable sales-focused manager to drive the growth of our business and our team in Manila.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with hunger, entrepreneurial spirit, and vision to direct our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, and ensuring sustainability.
This is an exciting role with a ton of potential as we have more than doubled in size during the pandemic, with all growth being driven by recommendation rather than active sales and marketing. We now feel it is time to bring in a leader to implement more concrete processes and business units, particularly in Sales and Marketing.
Alongside our core business of building outsourced development teams for our clients, we are also building our own products and will need someone to push the development, launch, and adoption as we transition parts of our business onto a SaaS Model.
Overall, having a strong background in lead generation and quality leads, as well as conversion optimization, will enable growth in the business.
Responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Develop the company’s future sales and marketing strategy.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies based on the strategies.
- Overseeing daily business operations with our Ops function.
- Help develop KPIs and forecasts, apply budgets, and monitor the business against those metrics.
- Evaluating performance and productivity with our HR team.
- Analyzing accounting and financial data and making recommendations.
- Build a people-centric company culture that promotes loyalty and low churn.
- Help with a rebrand and the messaging that requires.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Management, Sales, and Ops background with a proven track record of bottom-line performance.
- Technical experience or managing IT Services.
- Outsourcing experience and account management are a massive plus.
- Good experience in working with and reporting to C-Level individuals.
- Degree in business management or a master's in business administration / MBA is a plus.
- Good knowledge of different business functions and strategically making plans for them.
