Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Wholesale Jewelry Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with wholesale buyers, growing the customer base, and ensuring the successful sale and distribution of our jewelry products to businesses. Customer Interaction and Sales: Engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on jewelry products. Showcase and demonstrate the features and benefits of jewelry items, including precious metals, gemstones, and designs. Close sales by effectively persuading customers and guiding them to purchase based on their preferences and budget.
Product Knowledge and Presentation: Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the jewelry inventory, including new arrivals, bestsellers, and seasonal collections. Ensure that the jewelry display is always neat, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers. Provide customers with accurate information on product details, pricing, and after-sales care.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly to maintain customer satisfaction. Develop long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales associates to meet team goals and support a collaborative sales environment. Participate in regular team meetings and training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
After-Sales Service: Assist customers with product returns, exchanges, repairs, and warranty claims. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to encourage repeat business.
