Sales Representative - Silicone and Adhesives

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join one of our subsidiary companies. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building relationships, knowledgeable in silicone and adhesive products, and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for identifying, developing and managing new/existing business opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the silicone and adhesive sector.
• Review technical specifications and prepare compliance documents for various applications.
• Present product features, benefits, and applications to clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support as needed.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Assist and collaborate with other sales team members on opportunities.
• Forecast and track key business metrics to develop individual business plan.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to drive product development.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE, specifically in silicone and adhesives or related industries.
• Strong technical background in various types of adhesives and silicones.
• Ability to review specifications and prepare compliance documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
