We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative Intern who is fluent in Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills to engage with Middle Eastern clients, particularly in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The role involves driving sales, nurturing client relationships, and providing cultural insights that align with our marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Arabic-speaking clients
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Understand customer's needs, preferences and provide appropriate product solutions.
Persuade and negotiate deals effectively, converting prospects into loyal clients.
Conduct market research and analyze customer behaviors, preferences, and cultural nuances in KSA and UAE.
Prepare detailed reports on client interactions, sales progress, and market trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide client feedback and regional insights for strategy refinement.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic (native) and English (proficient in speaking, reading, and writing).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
Experience: Knowledge of digital marketing or luxury brand industries is a plus.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and sales skills. Strong analytical abilities to draw insights from client data and market trends. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Cultural Awareness: In-depth understanding of Saudi and UAE culture, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
Duration: 3-6 months (with the possibility of a full-time offer based on performance).
