Sales Representative for Aluminium & Glass Fabrication Company

We have a Job Opening for a Sales Executive.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for our Aluminium & Glass products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with Estimation Department for quotations and enquiries.
2. Conduct site visits for measurements & quotation purposes.
3. Meet with client representatives/clients for necessary approvals.
4. Coordinate with the finance team for payments and follow-ups.
5. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients.
6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals.
7. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our Aluminium & Glass product offerings.
8. Handle customer orders from initiation to delivery.
9. Follow up on sales inquiries and leads to convert them into orders.
10. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
11. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
12. Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
13. Address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
14. Work closely with internal teams such as fabrication/production, site-installation, and finance.
15. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and quality supply of materials.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Aluminium and Glass Fabrication industry.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
