Roles & Responsibilities:

• Respond to customers' questions and inquiries regarding available products.
  
• Provide detailed information regarding the brand to assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
  
• Introduce newly arrived products to customers and guide them with the usage of the products as required.
  
• Encourage customers to make additional purchases to ensure that sales targets are met.
  
• Ensure that the 4Ps of marketing are kept into account.
  
• Scan each item ensuring that the correct price has been displayed and total all items.
  
• Understand and promote company programs.
  
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
  
• Meet and exceed sales goals and quotas.
  
• Ensure that shelf stock is clean and that the stock is not expired or damaged.
  
• Perform other assignments as required from management.

Requirements:

• A high school qualification or equivalent is a MUST. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  

Experience:

• 3 years of previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
  
• 3 years of previous experience in cosmetics and skin care products.
