EPD has an opening for an Aftermarket Sales Representative (ASR), located in Dubai.

Job Purpose:

The EP Aftermarket Sales Representative is responsible for working with dealers and business partners to achieve our regional aftermarket growth goals with our Electric Power Customers. This customer and dealer facing role will focus on key account planning, Customer Value Agreement (CVA) & eCommerce growth, and digital services growth.

This role is located in Dubai, UAE and will report to the Aftermarket Regional Sales Manager.

What you will do:

  1. Be responsible for European Dealers.
  2. Work with dealers to identify, prioritize, and execute actions to achieve yearly aftermarket growth targets.
  3. Regularly meet with customers on aftermarket needs and discuss Cat repair options, aftermarket solutions, and services.
  4. Work with internal sales support teams to identify and drive regional actions to support services growth.
  5. Grow CVA coverage and revenue with EP customers through CVA frameworks and Integrated Customer offerings.
  6. Increase dealer sales of parts and services through eCommerce to reach long-tail customers.
  7. Create and execute key account plans for large accounts.
  8. Increase customer and dealer engagement with digital services and solutions to increase customer value.
  9. Provide feedback to internal development teams on aftermarket needs to support customers and provide additional services growth.

Education and Experience:

University degree preferably in engineering, business, or marketing.

Extensive commercial experience involving dealer and/or customer-facing positions (3+ years).

Regional industry expertise.

Previous experience in a multinational company and collaborating with a global team.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

  • Fluency in English is a must; Spanish or Italian (spoken and written) is preferable.

Additional Information:

This role may travel up to 40% of the time and will be in a hybrid role in Dubai, UAE.
