The Job

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Create and manage a client network using a variety of platforms.
  2. Hold in-person and virtual meetings with customers to learn about their real estate requirements.
  3. Offer professional counsel and advise about investments, sales, and acquisitions of real estate.
  4. Bargain for transactions and assist in the closing process.
  5. Remain up to date on legal requirements, property values, and market trends.
  6. Ensure that all customer contacts and transactions are accurately documented.

The Profile

Requirements :

  1. Demonstrated sales experience in real estate or a similar industry.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Being multilingual is an advantage.
  4. The capacity for independent work and efficient time management.
  5. Expertise in utilizing online resources and technologies for client management and virtual meetings.
  6. An understanding of the regional real estate scene.
  7. While not required, a current real estate license is encouraged.
