Job description
  • Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads by identifying prospects in line with the company's target market.

2. Sales Negotiation and Closing Deals

  • Negotiating Prices/Terms: Work with customers to find mutually agreeable terms for pricing, delivery, and other contract terms.
  • Closing Sales: Finalize agreements and close sales by securing customer commitments.

3. Account Management and Relationship Building

  • Customer Retention: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Follow-up: Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

4. Sales Forecasting and Reporting

  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.
  • Reporting: Keep track of sales activities, report on sales performance, and provide insights to managers.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Educational Background

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields)
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role, preferably in the relevant industry Pipes and Fittings.
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.

3. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Provide after-sales support and address any customer inquiries or concerns.

4. Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the Pipes and Fittings industry.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
  • A track record of achieving sales quotas and targets.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and social media tools may be a plus.
