Job Description

Sales Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through direct visits, networking, and field sales strategies.
Promote and sell company products/services to businesses and individual clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up on leads to generate repeat business.
Provide customer feedback and market insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Marketing Responsibilities:
Develop and execute outdoor marketing campaigns, including promotions, flyers, and brand activations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media and advertising.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and generate leads.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Work closely with the design and content team to develop promotional materials.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves generating leads, engaging with potential clients, promoting products/services, and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate should be confident in face-to-face interactions, skilled in closing deals, and proactive in developing marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in outdoor sales, direct marketing, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
    Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
    Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
    Familiarity with digital marketing and social media promotions is a plus.
    Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
