Job Description
Sales & Business Development Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, online inquiries, referrals). Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Understand client business requirements and recommend appropriate Tally solutions. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past customers for upselling and renewals.
Product Knowledge & Consultation Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Tally software. Provide consultation to clients regarding the benefits and implementation of Tally solutions. Work with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and troubleshooting.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. Monitor competitor offerings and suggest strategies to improve sales performance. Provide feedback to the management regarding customer needs and software improvements.
Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans. Ensure proper documentation of contracts, invoices, and other sales-related paperwork.
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in software sales, preferably in Tally or accounting software. Strong understanding of accounting and business processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
