Sales Development: Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities in the building materials sector.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and key decision-makers in the construction and building material industries.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate and promote a variety of building materials to clients, offering product solutions based on their requirements.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs set by the company.
Market Analysis: Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Negotiations & Closing Sales: Manage negotiations, prepare quotes, and close sales deals to meet business objectives.
Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sales service, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions through CRM software.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus).
Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Knowledge of the Dubai construction industry and its players is a significant advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
