HIRING: Female Sales Executive - Walk-In Interview

We are looking for a motivated Female Sales Executive to join our team at AL NAJAH AL AWAL Security Systems. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for promoting and selling cutting-edge security systems to a range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell security solutions to new and existing clients.
2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
3. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness of our security systems.
4. Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
5. Identify new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
6. Attend industry events to network and enhance brand presence.
7. Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in sales, business development, and negotiation.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Strong expertise in customer relationship management.
4. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Compensation: AED 2000 - AED 3000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
