Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels.
  2. Build a pipeline of prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  3. Attend trade shows and networking events to generate new leads.
  4. Present product features and benefits to customers effectively.
  5. Tailor sales pitches to meet individual client needs.
  6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals.
  7. Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
  8. Follow up on sales leads to ensure timely conversions.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  10. Address customer concerns and provide post-sale support.
  11. Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
  12. Coordinate with the team to ensure invoices are proper with agreed payment terms and reach customers in a timely manner, monitoring outstanding payments.
  13. Regular follow-ups and firm communication to ensure timely collections.
  14. Submit weekly/monthly reports on collections and outstanding amounts.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Communication, Collaboration, and Strong Management Skills.

Experience: 5 to 7 years as a Sales Representative, preferably in the cosmetics manufacturing industry.
