Job description
  • Provide expert advice on diving and boating products to ensure customers find the best solutions for their needs.
  • Handle inquiries, process orders, and follow up on customer requests.
  • Address customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
  • Market & Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in diving and boating accessories.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s product range and competitive advantages.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands.
  • Operational & Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Attend exhibitions and events to promote the brand.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marine, boating, or diving industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of diving equipment, marine accessories, or boat maintenance products is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
