Job description
- Provide expert advice on diving and boating products to ensure customers find the best solutions for their needs.
- Handle inquiries, process orders, and follow up on customer requests.
- Address customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
- Market & Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in diving and boating accessories.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s product range and competitive advantages.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands.
- Operational & Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Attend exhibitions and events to promote the brand.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marine, boating, or diving industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of diving equipment, marine accessories, or boat maintenance products is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
