Job Responsibilities:

1. Utilize your existing network to introduce new customers to eToro.
2. Increase our client base by providing support, information, and market insights.
3. Research new business opportunities and actively participate in developing growth strategies.
4. Identify and map business strengths and customer needs.
5. Engage with customers to understand their service expectations.
6. Build and manage relationships with local and international teams.
7. Enhance client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
8. Service client accounts, including sharing market information and guiding clients on trading systems.
9. Assist clients with account inquiries and compliance requirements.
10. Represent the company at events with prospects and clients.

There may be additional duties as required by the company.

Requirements:

1. A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
2. Planning and project management skills.
3. Strong interest and knowledge of global financial markets.
4. Good MS Office skills.
5. Familiarity with CRM software, Salesforce preferred.
6. Flexibility in working shifts.
7. Previous sales or service-oriented experience is a plus.
8. Secondary language skills are highly desirable (Native level Arabic preferred).

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
2. Financial/Industry qualifications are a plus.
