Job Description

We are looking for a Sales/Relationship Manager with 4+ years of experience in the sales and service of buggy carts, golf carts, and electric vehicles. The ideal candidate should be skilled in maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, expanding the client base, and effectively communicating our company’s services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development: Drive sales of buggy carts, golf carts, and electric vehicles, focusing on both new and existing clients.
2. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
3. New Account Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers, explain the company’s products and services, and generate new business opportunities.
4. Service Understanding & Customer Satisfaction: Have a strong grasp of service mechanisms to ensure top-tier service delivery, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction at all times.
5. Presentation & Reporting: Deliver compelling presentations to clients and provide regular sales reports and market insights to the management team.
6. Market Exposure: Prior experience in hotel and resort supply businesses within the UAE is highly preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and services related to buggy carts, golf carts, and electric vehicles.
3. Strong background in client relationship management and account development.
4. Ability to understand service mechanisms and provide exceptional after-sales support.
5. Excellent presentation skills and reporting capabilities.
6. Prior experience in the hotel and resort supply industry in the UAE is an added advantage.
7. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
