Job description

As the Talent Acquisition Partner for Sales, you will establish and oversee the full life cycle of the hiring process for all go-to-market roles within defined Business Units in the Middle East. The hiring process for go-to-market roles includes developing search strategies, market mapping, name generation, cold calling, candidate attraction, assessment, offer preparation/extension, onboarding, and client management. You will partner with senior leaders to gain a deep understanding of business needs and challenges and develop strategies to identify and attract top-tier diverse talent.

Responsibilities:

  1. Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Sales and Go-to-market roles.
  2. Manage recruitment activities from the discovery stage to sourcing, screening, and offer negotiations, until the candidate is onboard.
  3. Build a detailed hiring plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
  4. Provide insights on talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals and influence hiring decisions accordingly.
  5. Research and report on competitive and market-driven insights/market mapping to help hiring managers better understand their unique talent markets.
  6. Build talent pipelines and nurture candidate relationships to ensure the right talent is available when needed.
  7. Develop strong relationships with Business Leaders/Hiring Managers, HR Business partners, Finance, Total Rewards, DEI&B, and Talent Enablement to ensure a streamlined hiring process and positive Hiring Manager/Candidate experience.
  8. Provide advice and counsel on job descriptions.

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience in full life cycle recruitment for the sales function, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
  2. Experience in handling stakeholders at senior levels.
  3. Strong ability to screen, evaluate, and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  4. Advanced knowledge of recruiting tools and platforms, and the ability to leverage them to source and attract top talent.
  5. Ability to research and report about the competitive market landscape and build hiring plans accordingly.
  6. Ability to analyze data and metrics to improve recruitment outcomes.
  7. Comfortable making decisions independently.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Provides leadership for work groups through advanced knowledge in the area of specialization.

Education & Experience:

  1. Typically requires an experience of 5+ years.
  2. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a related field is preferred.
  3. Experience of working in similar OEMs would be an added advantage.
