Job Description:

As a Sales Promoter for our cosmetics department, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cosmetic products to customers. This role requires someone with excellent customer service skills, a passion for beauty and cosmetics, and the ability to close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate and promote our cosmetic products to customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
2. Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while providing exceptional customer service.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and recommending products to customers.
5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked on shelves.
6. Keep up-to-date with new trends and product knowledge in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
7. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies.
8. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and sales meetings.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in sales or retail, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Passion and knowledge for beauty and cosmetics.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
8. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
