Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Sales Operations Specialist to enhance sales efficiency and support our sales team in achieving their goals. This role involves managing CRM systems, analyzing data, managing reporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive productivity and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Management: Oversee CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy and seamless sales operations.
• Data Analysis: Conduct performance analysis, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Sales Support: Assist with proposal preparation, contract management, and resolving post-sales issues.
• Sales Enablement: Maintain sales enablement materials repository (playbooks, battle cards, etc).
• Reporting: Develop sales dashboards and maintain accurate reporting systems.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales reps, marketing, and GTM team to align objectives.
• Training & Onboarding: Train new sales hires on tools, processes, and best practices.

Requirements and Skills:

• Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in sales operations or related fields. Experience in project management. (mandatory)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or SugarCRM (mandatory). Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain products. (mandatory)
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities for problem-solving and decision-making.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
