Sales & Operations Manager – Property Development

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and highly talented Sales & Operations Manager – Property Development to lead and optimize the sales and operational functions of our property development division. This role involves overseeing sales teams, driving revenue growth, enhancing operational processes, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, with a proven track record in managing sales teams, and bring expertise in operational efficiency to elevate business performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and secure new clients, investors, and business opportunities.
• Manage property transactions, marketing initiatives, and lead generation efforts.
• Track performance metrics and introduce strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of real estate brokers and sales executives.
• Set clear KPIs, monitor progress, and provide training to boost productivity.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L for property sales and development projects.
• Demonstrate strategic leadership and adaptability to drive results in a fast-paced market.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 to 10 years of experience in real estate sales and operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity (Required).
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market trends. RERA certification (Required).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate complex sales processes and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Proficiency in CRM, real estate portals, and sales management tools.
