Bites & Trays By Mai is Dubai’s go-to for bespoke gourmet catering — from elegant bites and curated trays to full buffet spreads for corporate events, weddings, and everything in between. We’re now looking for a Sales & Operations Lead to join us on our next growth chapter.

This is a foundational role — you’ll be owning the full client journey from first inquiry to final bite.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the go-to for all client inquiries (B2C & B2B)
• Convert leads into confirmed orders via email, social media, WhatsApp & Shopify
• Build lasting relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and MICE partners
• Drive recurring revenue and manage a healthy sales pipeline
• Coordinate with kitchen & logistics teams to ensure seamless event execution
• Track performance, spot opportunities, and scale what works
• Collaborate closely with founders to drive strategy and seasonal campaigns

Skills

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in sales, client service or operations (F&B, events, or hospitality)

• Proven experience with corporate sales and MICE partnerships

• Fluent in English

• Strong communicator, confident negotiator, detail-obsessed

• Comfortable with Shopify, CRMs, and digital-first sales environments

• Startup mindset — hands-on, fast-moving, and growth-focused
