Sales Operations Coordinator

Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator to be the vital link between our Sales and Marketing teams. This role ensures our CRM is spotless, sales teams are fully supported, and our clients enjoy a seamless journey—from lead to closing. You’ll be the operational backbone that keeps communication flowing, systems optimized, and opportunities moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the CRM: Ensure all leads, deals, and activities are accurately entered, updated, and maintained.
• Act as a bridge between Sales and Marketing to align campaigns with current sales efforts.
• Provide hands-on support to sales agents with CRM usage, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Monitor lead flow and follow-up activity, flagging any bottlenecks or delays to management.
• Generate performance reports and dashboards to keep leadership informed and sales accountable.
• Work on automating and streamlining sales processes and CRM workflows.
• Occasionally liaise with clients to support handovers or ensure smooth communication transitions.
• Optimize property listings and ads on property portals to ensure maximum visibility and quality.
