Sales Officer Retail

• To acquire new customers for Personal loans and Credit Cards

Job Responsibilities :

• Understand the company’s product offerings and its target customer segment
• Increase customer base by sourcing new deals through various avenues
• Manage existing customer relationships and increase cross-sell opportunity
• Pro-actively address customer issues and provide excellent customer service
• Achieve sales targets set each year by senior management
• Prepare visits report (customer pipeline) to be shared with Head of Retail on a regular basis
• Detect fraudulent cases and report them immediately to management
• Ensure compliance requirements are met as per UAE Central Bank
• Assist the collection team to ensure the collection of any overdue payments for his portfolio of customers
• Represent Al Ain Finance in a professional and presentable way
• Build Al Ain Finance brand in the market by highlighting the company’s distinctive product features and providing an exemplary customer experience
• Set high standards of business and work ethics

Job Experience and Skills :

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or Commerce
• A minimum of 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably with a reputable bank or financial institution
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Sales-driven individual keen to exceed assigned sales targets
• Able to network effectively and build contacts
