Roles and Responsibilities

A global multinational software provider is now expanding its physical presence in the Middle East.

Job Description

  • Proactively service and support clients and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct advanced training on products via phone, web-based, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Participate in prospecting efforts including calls, emails, and new business meetings.
  • Prepare, present, and recap calls with client customers.
  • Field incoming calls and emails, liaise with clients, and troubleshoot problems directly involving client contacts.
  • Support team members in researching and analyzing key data related to growing the health of client accounts.
  • Proactively analyze processes and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Research and explain the use of various tools to expand and engage the account.
  • Work with team members to implement new tools and functionality on accounts to expand the use of the product.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-4 years full-time work experience in a sales or customer success position within a technology or IT environment.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Desire to research and communicate with prospective clients.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Desire to increase levels of leadership and job role responsibility.
