Job Requirements

1. Implement merchandising strategies and plans in alignment with the overall business objectives of the department, focusing on enhancing product visibility and promoting sales growth across retail and distribution channels.
2. Coordinate the display and presentation of Home appliances products in retail stores, showrooms, and other sales outlets, ensuring attractive and strategic product placement to capture customer attention and drive engagement.
3. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in merchandising, retail management, or a similar role within the consumer electronics and appliances industry.
4. Strong understanding of merchandising principles, retail operations, and product placement strategies, with a demonstrated ability to drive product visibility and sales performance.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve e-commerce objectives.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
7. Result-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
