Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Manager at Target Dezine. The position involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth. While the role is based in Dubai, some work-from-home flexibility is offered.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Fit-Out and Joinery services.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
3. Collaborate with the design and operations teams to align marketing efforts with project goals.
4. Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
5. Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media campaigns and email marketing.
6. Build strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
7. Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for management review.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within the Fit-Out or Joinery industry.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
3. Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
4. Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration within a team.
5. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Language Requirements

1. Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory (professional working proficiency).

Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid work model)
