Sales Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Define the general objectives of the company to determine the marketing objectives of each business unit.
• Contribute to determining the strengths and weaknesses of the company to identify available marketing opportunities and challenges.
• Build a comprehensive database on markets and competitors, including their products and pricing strategies.
• Design and implement surveys or field studies related to consumers and competitors.
• Analyze competitors' prices while identifying and developing methods and evidence.
• Promote the company's products to existing customers and attract new customers.
• Obtain purchase orders from customers and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the products provided.
• Maintain permanent communication with customers and ensure effective product delivery.
• Cover all customers across the geographical area.
• Collect the company's receivables and follow up on debts from customers without delay.
• Provide regular reports on market competition regarding prices, offers, new products, and advertising.
• Ensure the achievement of the company's sales and marketing objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in corrugation & packaging sales & marketing inside the country.
• Very strong communication skills.
• Very strong presentation skills.
• Team leadership.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
