Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager – Real Estate

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience Required: 10-12 years in Real Estate with a strong focus on off-plan sales

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the real estate industry, particularly in off-plan sales with an exceptional understanding of the UAE market. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, a track record of sales success, and the ability to create impactful marketing strategies tailored to off-plan properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and oversee marketing campaigns aimed at promoting off-plan properties across multiple channels, including digital and offline platforms.
  2. Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to position the company competitively.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors, and other key stakeholders.
  4. Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve and exceed targets.
  5. Oversee high-impact marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms to maximize brand visibility.
  6. Ensure a seamless sales process for off-plan buyers, including clear communication on project timelines and payment plans.
  7. Collaborate with developers and internal stakeholders to ensure that customer expectations align with project deliverables.
  8. Prepare and present sales performance reports, market analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  9. Conduct market analysis and competitor research to refine strategies and offerings.
  10. Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and maintain high ethical standards in all operations.
  11. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in the real estate industry.
  2. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including property trends, regulations, and customer behavior.
  3. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
  6. Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Business Administration.
