Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the real estate industry, particularly in off-plan sales with an exceptional understanding of the UAE market. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, a track record of sales success, and the ability to create impactful marketing strategies tailored to off-plan properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee marketing campaigns aimed at promoting off-plan properties across multiple channels, including digital and offline platforms.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to position the company competitively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Oversee high-impact marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms to maximize brand visibility.
- Ensure a seamless sales process for off-plan buyers, including clear communication on project timelines and payment plans.
- Collaborate with developers and internal stakeholders to ensure that customer expectations align with project deliverables.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports, market analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to refine strategies and offerings.
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and maintain high ethical standards in all operations.
