Job Description

NEXT ROSE is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a dynamic and goal-oriented professional to develop sales strategies, accountable for sales performance, execute marketing campaigns, and build strong client relationships. Focusing on growth and profitability, customer satisfaction, store operations, driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Plan and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  3. Generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
  5. Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and optimize sales efforts.
  6. Work closely with internal teams to align sales and marketing goals.
  7. Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics.
  8. Ensure our guests are always in focus and strive to make them smile. Meet and serve our guests showing empathy and care. Willing to listen and support them with an attitude based on the NEXT ROSE values.
  9. Lead by example and be a good ambassador for the NEXT ROSE store in all contact with our guests, giving them a good reason to return again and again.
  10. Always look at our store through the eyes of our customers. Have a daily dialogue with our guests to get continuous feedback about their experiences and to learn more about their needs and wants, then act based on their input.
  11. Be understanding and sensitive in meeting diverse customers’ needs by initiating and developing effective ways of building relationships with customers thereby establishing trust and confidence.
  12. Determine the customers’ requirements, to prepare a pro forma invoice.
  13. Maintain contact and advise customers on news or recently received items of interest as well as following up on quotations sent in an effort to convert to actual sales.
  14. Empower and encourage the team to take immediate action to meet the needs of guests and provide input on how to continuously improve our interactions with them.
  15. Ensure our guests have a great shopping experience always throughout the day.
  16. Promote the sales of products by spotting and seizing sales opportunities, offering alternative solutions to problems, and suggesting add-on sales in order to achieve the established sales target.
  17. Suggest means of improving sales to the supervisor as well as determine “slow moving” or “non-selling” items and suggest sales action.
  18. Maintain a full display of products via merchandising methods as laid down by the company.
  19. Be an ‘expert’ on the product range within HFB.
  20. Be aware of developments in the local market by being attentive to information given by customers; be aware of advertising and promotions in the media and make scheduled market visits to maintain the company’s competitive advantage and to properly advise customers.
  21. Be up to date with changes in the company’s product range such as new items or changes in existing items; keep the Sales Manager informed of any customer’s problems/comments on the product range and/or any gaps in the range.
  22. Conduct a daily detailed inspection of the assigned area to review the availability and positioning of price labels, product information tags, and other communication media.
  23. Review daily stock levels on all products in the assigned area and recommend orders to the Shopkeeper.
  24. Coordinate with the Procurement Executive for information pertaining to stocks in the assigned area.
