Industry: Trading & Construction Role: Sales Executive/Sales Assistant Function: Sales/Business Development
MILSERVE is currently seeking sales executives who are willing to travel/based in African countries. The candidate should be able to generate business in the region, especially in the oil field sector.
Responsibilities:
Study market trends and cater to customer requirements.
Liaise between departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Follow up proposals as required.
Follow up Accounts Receivables.
Respond to customer inquiries/issues.
Spread awareness about the expertise of the company.
Identify any sales/operational areas that can be improved.
Attend sales meetings/conferences/training as opportunities arise.
Maintain contact & respond to inquiries from existing and potential customers.
Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
Ensure effective internal communications within MILSERVE divisions, marketing team, and across the organization.
Monitor and report on the activities of competitors and potential collaborators to identify business opportunities and threats.
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as may be reasonably expected of the role to achieve the objectives of the department.
Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.
Skill & Experience:
5-7 years of general trading experience in sales.
Candidates with experience in institutional sales will be preferred.
Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency & good command over written & spoken English.
