Sales & Marketing Coordinator (6 - 12 Months Contract)

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle distributor contracts and correspondence for the VC franchise.
2. Support expense reporting, travel arrangements, and logistics for franchise heads.
3. Manage sample and FS order placements and tracking.
4. Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and oversee vendor management within the system.
5. Organize and coordinate franchise events, including agency collaboration.
6. Ensure timely legal and compliance approvals for events and activities.
7. Maintain accurate records and documentation for distributor and procurement processes.
