Role & Responsibilities: Need Sales and Marketing Specialist - Wall Art Division for a Leading Wall Art Printing Co in Dubai.

Qualification: Bachelor degree in Engineering / BBA / MBA.

Experience: 5 - 10 yrs in Sales & Marketing Specialist to lead the sales efforts for our Wall Art division. This role involves managing enquiries, driving social media growth, and catering to both B2B and B2C clients with customized wallpaper and vinyl solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Enquiries:
   Handle all incoming enquiries from social media platforms, the website, and other channels for wallpaper and vinyl needs. Provide tailored solutions for customized projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Sales Development:
   Expand sales in B2B (businesses, architects, interior designers) and B2C (end consumers) markets. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying repeat and referral opportunities.
3. Social Media & Digital Growth:
   Strategize and implement campaigns to grow the division's presence on social media. Optimize the website for better visibility and lead generation. Generate and track enquiries through targeted online activities.
4. Business Expansion:
   Identify new sales opportunities, including collaborations with interior design firms.
5. Market Research:
   Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences. Provide insights to enhance products and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

1. Proven sales and marketing experience in interior design, wall décor, or related industries.
2. Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales dynamics.
3. Expertise in social media growth and website optimization.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Creative and results-driven approach to business development.
