Sales Manager Sr. Executive (HR/GI Pipes & Tube)

Sales of HR, GI Tubes & Pipes and Scaffolding, must have relevant UAE experience in the steel industry with a valid driving license of UAE.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master in Business Management
• Minimum 10 to 12 years’ experience in steel tube/Scaffolding products sales within the Oil & Gas industry, as well as EPC Contractors preferably in MENA, with FEDIC background.
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Handling Contractual Obligations
• Multitasking
• Ensure proper job controls, revenue, and schedule
• Supervising the Sales team
• Follow up and fulfill the client’s requirements
• Should have knowledge of all standards of structural & Scaffolding
• Should be a persistent and confident individual, self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to increase customer base
• Meet clients, consultants, or main contractors on new enquiries for steel tubes, pipes & Scaffolding
• Preparing technical submittals and forwarding to clients
• Implementing pricing strategies based on customer requirements
• Negotiate commercial terms for the project
• Coordinate & implement project schedules and plans in a timely effective manner
• Act as coordinator between the client and Technical & Commercial team

Additional Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred
• 5-7 years of sales experience in steel tube/fabrication products
• Should be a persistent and confident individual, self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
