Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Secondary Market real estate team in Dubai.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored for the secondary real estate market to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks that could impact sales efforts.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing training and support to ensure they meet their individual and collective goals.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and a strong sales conversion rate.
  • Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to track performance metrics, forecast sales, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and the clients.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and market shifts to ensure compliance and adapt strategies as necessary.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, specifically in the secondary market, showcasing a strong sales track record.
  • Proven expertise in negotiation and closing techniques, essential for maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for market trends, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and team members.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus for engaging a diverse clientele.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide a diverse sales team towards achieving common objectives.

Package: Basic salary (depends on experience) + team override.
