What You’ll Do:
  • Manage the Saudi Arabia market, based in Dubai.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
  • Ensure profitability and growth.
  • Influence and motivate distributors to improve the execution of approved plans.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and local key opinion leaders in medical fields (clinics, dermatologists, aestheticians) as well as beauty influencers to strengthen brand advocacy, love, and awareness.
  • Drive the local portfolio of Filorga to cover main consumer needs while adhering to Saudi Ministry of Health constraints.
  • Ensure distributor compliance with all regulatory, legal, and professional standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and manage operational costs to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and media interviews.
  • Lead marketing efforts to effectively position the brands in competitive markets, including digital marketing strategies and partnerships.
What We’re Looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a leadership role with a strong commercial focus.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the Saudi market.
  • Keen to travel frequently as required.
  • Significant experience in medical visits and/or pharmacy dispensing, ideally in Saudi Arabia, and a deep understanding of skincare/cosmetics and/or aesthetics markets, including the regulatory environment.
  • Demonstrated strategic leadership and the ability to inspire a hands-on approach to ensure a high level of performance.
