Sales Manager / Sales Director

We are a newly established Property Company in Dubai-UAE specializing in buying, selling, and managing residential & commercial properties. As we grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager or Director to join our team and lead our business development and operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of property buying, selling, and management activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and clients.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities in the property and retail space sector.
• Negotiate and close property transactions while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage a team of sales professionals and provide guidance for optimal performance.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and improve company offerings.
• Create and execute marketing strategies to promote properties and services.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Director in the real estate/property industry.
• Strong understanding of property sales, leasing, and management processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop business strategies and implement action plans.
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales and growth targets.
• UAE real estate market experience is a must.
