The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing successful sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for new real estate developments. The ideal candidate will already have an existing portfolio of contacts and relationships with local and international brokerage firms, which they will aim to expand through networking opportunities.
This role involves conducting in-depth market research to identify commercial opportunities and challenges, as well as providing regular sales reports to stakeholders. The Sales Manager will also have exceptional communication and presentation skills with extensive experience in stakeholder management and negotiation.
The successful candidate should hold a degree in Business or a related field and have a proven track record of at least seven years in real estate sales with premium developers in the region. Candidates must demonstrate excellent priority-setting skills and the ability to work autonomously.
