Conduct effective training programs that teach sales agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing.
Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching.
Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. Set individual sales targets with the sales team and work on sales scripts with agents.
Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting.
Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
Must have 4-8 years of experience in the Real Estate industry within the UAE.
Should have a driving license and a car.
Must be aware of market strategies and mandatory paperwork.
