Job description

Our client is a fast-growing real estate development in Dubai, rapidly expanding its portfolio of residential and commercial properties. With a strong focus on innovation and quality, they are looking for a Sales Manager who can quickly build and lead a high-performing sales team, drive revenue and contribute to the company's dynamic growth in the competitive Dubai real estate market.

Position Overview:

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for not only driving sales and developing strategies to achieve targets but also quickly building and leading a sales team that can deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a rapidly expanding company and help shape the sales department from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets for residential and commercial properties.
  2. Build, lead, and manage a sales team, ensuring strong performance and alignment with business goals.
  3. Recruit and onboard new sales team members to support company growth and expansion.
  4. Cultivate and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, and real estate agents to drive sales.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies to seize opportunities and maximize revenue.
  6. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective campaigns, sales materials and promotional activities.
  8. Represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses and site visits to promote developments.
  9. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.
  10. Ensure all sales activities are compliant with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 1-3 year of experience in a manager-level sales role, with proven ability to build and lead a sales team.
  2. Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and industry trends.
  3. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  4. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  7. A UAE driving license and own car are a plus.
