Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide training, lead and mentor a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Set and monitor sales targets, implementing effective strategies to meet established goals.
  3. Maintain strong networks within the real estate industry for business development opportunities.
  4. Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize sales efforts.
  5. Effectively solve customer concerns, increase customer experience and improve their satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive business growth.
  7. Prepare and present sales reports, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a sales manager in the real estate industry.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  3. Strong negotiation skills and a knack for closing deals.
  4. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
