Job description

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry or a background in sales with a strong interest in real estate.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market conditions and trends (preferred) or a basic understanding of real estate concepts.
  4. Familiarity with CRM software and other real estate tools is a plus.
  5. Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
  7. Valid UAE driver's license and own transportation is a plus.
  8. Female candidates are preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and cultivate new client relationships in the Dubai real estate market.
  2. Understand and stay up-to-date with current market conditions, property trends, and legal regulations.
  3. Present properties to potential buyers and renters in a compelling and informative manner.
  4. Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, including property viewings, negotiations, and documentation.
  5. Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team targets and objectives.
  7. Utilize various marketing tools and platforms to promote property listings.
  8. Stay informed about competitors' offerings and market trends.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings and client interactions.
