Job Description:

• Manage sales activities and close deals effectively.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion in the real estate sector.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing training and ongoing support to enhance their sales techniques and customer service skills.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential investment opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activity, manage client relationships, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns that drive property interest and lead generation.
• Oversee property listings and ensure they are accurately represented in marketing materials and real estate platforms.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet changing market conditions and organizational goals.
• Stay informed on local zoning laws, property regulations, and financing options to provide clients with informed guidance.
• Drive sales and negotiate deals effectively, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Oversee property listings on real estate portals such as Bayut and Dubizzle.
• Ensure accurate, high-quality property ads and photos across platforms.
• Utilize property management software, manage agent accounts, and keep the customer database updated.
• Follow up with clients and leads to maintain excellent service standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, with a strong understanding of real estate principles.
• A minimum of 4 - 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales or management, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Real Estate License or relevant certifications that validate expertise and compliance with industry regulations.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market, including pricing strategies, property valuation, and investment potentials.
• Fluent in English and preferably another language, facilitating communication with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in real estate CRM tools and other sales management software to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions that drive sales strategy.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, showcasing the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the physical stamina to engage in property viewings and site visits as needed.
