Sales Manager - Real Estate
Job description
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry, or a background in sales with a strong interest in real estate.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market conditions and trends (preferred) or a basic understanding of real estate concepts.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other real estate tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Valid UAE driver's license and own transportation is a plus.
- Female candidates are preferred for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new client relationships in the Dubai real estate market.
- Understand and stay up-to-date with current market conditions, property trends, and legal regulations.
- Present properties to potential buyers and renters in a compelling and informative manner.
- Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, including property viewings, negotiations, and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team targets and objectives.
- Utilize various marketing tools and platforms to promote property listings.
- Stay informed about competitors' offerings and market trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings and client interactions.
