Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and increase revenue streams in the real estate sector.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales agents, providing training and support to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Manage and oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective closing of deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay current with real estate regulations and market developments to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients and team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in any industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Real Estate Industry experience is NOT mandatory.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools to optimize sales processes and performance.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language (e.g., Arabic) can be an asset in diverse markets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering trust and rapport with clients and team members.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the capability to navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Physical ability to conduct property tours and attend events, showcasing enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Candidate must be present in UAE at the time of interview.
  • Preference for Indians with extensive UAE experience.
  • UAE driving license and own car is a must.
