Job Description
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and increase revenue streams in the real estate sector.
Lead and mentor a team of sales agents, providing training and support to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage and oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective closing of deals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics for informed decision-making.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Stay current with real estate regulations and market developments to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients and team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in any industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Real Estate Industry experience is NOT mandatory.
Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools to optimize sales processes and performance.
Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language (e.g., Arabic) can be an asset in diverse markets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering trust and rapport with clients and team members.
Proactive problem-solving skills, with the capability to navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
Physical ability to conduct property tours and attend events, showcasing enthusiasm and professionalism.
Candidate must be present in UAE at the time of interview.
Preference for Indians with extensive UAE experience.
