SALES MANAGER PETROCHEMICAL
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 35,000 AED + Benefits
Experience: 5 years in India or any GCC country, currently based in UAE/KSA.
Gender: Female candidates only
We are in the process of hiring a Sales Manager Petrochemical for one of our globally reputed clients in flow control solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Order intake responsibility for compressor systems in allocated markets & key accounts.
- Identifying early stage opportunities.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts.
- Make commercial tenders (budget and firm), T&C market price analysis, and pricing proposals.
- Professional negotiations with end users and EPCs.
- Bid strategy; supervise and coordinate with Sales Managers at subsidiaries for multiple EPC tenders.
- Ensure proficient consulting and techno-commercial support to subsidiaries for key projects.
- Coach the sales force at subsidiaries and ensure successful implementation of the Sales Force Globalization Initiative.
Your Profile:
- University degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in professional sales and/or project management.
- Sound commercial competence.
- Customer-focused and responsible team player with the ability to forge relationships.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills as well as tactical thinking.
- Result-oriented and highly motivated professional.
- High flexibility, adaptability, endurance, and perseverance; openness to challenges.
- Interpersonal and leadership skills as well as cultural sensitivity.
- Creativity and the ability to make things happen.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); any other language is a plus, especially German.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (20-30%) among the GCC countries.
