As a Sales Manager - MICE, you are responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility. The role involves implementing and executing all sales action plans and will include key responsibilities such as:
Handle all incoming MICE RFP generated by inbound or outbound sales offices, pertaining to your defined segment or portfolio.
Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets.
Prepare offer letters according to guest requirements and availability, in line with company standards and selling strategy.
Ensure that all necessary information about the event is obtained either from the account manager or from the client directly prior to the preparation of an offer.
