About the role / Job Purpose
The Enterprise Sales Manager, MEA will share and build the value proposition of TableCheck to restaurant & hotel clients in MEA regions. Driving new business opportunities within the F&B hospitality sector. This role offers opportunities to engage directly with key decision-makers, showcasing the value and sophistication of our table management services.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Enterprise Sales Manager include (but aren’t limited to) the following:
- Market Expansion: Expand TableCheck presence in Middle East and Africa region by identifying prospects and converting them into long-term customers.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients, expertly presenting our solutions in a manner that speaks to their unique needs, operational challenges, and growth goals.
- Closing & Relationship Building: Engage in thoughtful negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that not only close deals but foster long-term, trusting relationships with clients.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify new business opportunities by proactively engaging with high-potential clients in the hospitality industry, including restaurants, hotels, and brand chains.
- Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors. Be an expert on the company’s products and deliver effective demonstrations to prospects while maintaining quality service by enforcing organization standards. Customer-focused, independent, sense of responsibility, and target focused.
Qualifications
Must requirements
- A must-have experience of at least 3 years+ in B2B Sales / Food Tech / SaaS or related industries.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals through a combination of skill, determination, and strategic thinking.
- Fast learning ability coupled with a passion for sales & technology.
- Have client acquisition experience & are comfortable working autonomously in a quota-driven sales environment.
- A valid UAE driver’s license and a willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Based in Dubai, UAE.
Prefer requirements
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) would be a plus!
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and the challenges restaurants and hotels face is advantageous.
- Arabic will be a plus! (as language)
- Business English verbal & written communication skills (Must)
