The Sales Manager for Luxury Automotive will lead sales strategies, operational excellence, and customer engagement initiatives for high-end automotive brands in Dubai. The role focuses on building relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), B2B clients, and luxury rental companies while ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the Dubai luxury car market.
Engage with UHNWIs, fostering long-term relationships and offering bespoke services.
Manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools, ensuring high conversion rates.
Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking with key B2B stakeholders including luxury rental companies and service representatives.
Achieve the target of selling 10 vehicles within the first six months.
Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to ensure performance goals are met, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Identify branding challenges and propose effective marketing strategies to increase visibility and attract customers.
Oversee after-sales activities, ensuring superior customer satisfaction and retention.
Possess in-depth knowledge of luxury vehicles and effectively transfer this knowledge to the team, ensuring they are well-equipped to engage with clients and close sales.
Monitor market trends and competitors to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Take full ownership of the showroom operations, drive sales performance, enhance customer experience, and build a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
8 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury automotive sector.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in competitive markets.
Expertise in managing customer relationships, especially UHNWIs and corporate clients.
Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English; Arabic & additional languages are an advantage.
